The U.S. Department of Justice calls it “a violent extremist group motivated by racism and neo-Nazi”, writes the BBC, translates Periscope.
The soldier is accused of planning to send this information to the jihadists so that they could then carry out the attack.
His plan was destroyed last month by the FBI and the US Army. He was arrested on June 10th.
