After the refusal, the bus was searched at the Federal Police border checkpoint in Germany, located in the Rottal-Ost car park, records albinfo.ch. A total of 22 citizens of Albania and 3 of Kosovo in some cases had significantly exceeded the right to stay for 90 days in Germany. As a result, criminal investigations have been initiated against them.
Further processing of the case was carried out by the border police in Passau insau for reasons of competence. The accused are at large after completing the necessary measures. They are ordered to testify in writing to their departure from the Schengen zone.
