Through a writing on the social network, he has called the idea his destructive mind.
“As far as I heard, he said that the site of the old theater will be built the new modern theater, while in another country, they will build copies according to the old theater project. This is the height of this destructive madness for me. ”, he wrote.
Ali's complete writing:
I just heard the speech of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania in the convent, and I cannot believe what he said at the end of his speech.
As far as I've heard, he said the old theater will be built new modern theater at the site, while in another country, they will build the production theater under the old theater project.
This is the height of this destructive madness for me.
From the beginning, to say that we will build the theater according to the same project in another country accepts the value of the old theater. That's already a step behind Rama.
An architectural building grows in value with its time and place, as it relates to the memory of the community and is transformed into an identity object, although it may no longer meet the requirements for its destination. The old theater is more monuments than theatre and to meet today's needs for theatre has no sense to rebuild the old elsewhere. Where it was to be rebuilt, the old theater, it would have no previous value, nor would it have been useful because it would not satisfy the demands. Copying the old theater to another country would be a funny stern. That would eventually be done in a Disneyland-style garden. Tirana certainly needs a new theater but also needs its identifying object. So what Rama would have to do is exactly the opposite of what Rama said today.
Now after the collapse the old building would have to be rebuilt just as it was, and a new theater in another country. The new theatre could be built where Rama was thinking of building the old theatre copy.
