From the beginning, to say that we will build the theater according to the same project in another country accepts the value of the old theater. That's already a step behind Rama.

An architectural building grows in value with its time and place, as it relates to the memory of the community and is transformed into an identity object, although it may no longer meet the requirements for its destination. The old theater is more monuments than theatre and to meet today's needs for theatre has no sense to rebuild the old elsewhere.
