The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that after publishing the electronic media case for the suspicious death of the minor by Drenasi, the State Prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police has launched preliminary investigative investigations concerning the white-up of this case.
The prosecution explains that investigations have started in the direction of the criminal act “The irresponsible medical treatment”, from Article 254 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The family of minors from Drenas doubts that their daughter has died as a result of failing to be cared for by the medical staff at QKUK.
