Pacolli, Kurt Thaci: Follow My Example

New Kosovo Alliance Chairman Behgjet Pacolli has asked the president and prime minister not to pressure the Constitutional Court.

Pacolli even says he should take an example of respecting constitutional decisions, since as president, he had resigned from the post.

I see many statements and political speculations on all sides regarding the Constitutional Court's upcoming decision. This has to stop. That applies to all parties trying to influence, especially the president and prime minister in office. The Constitutional Court is a high and independent body and dare not be threatened or influenced by anyone. It is vital that it be respected no matter what the decision will be. I, as president of the country, did this quietly. This example should also be followed by the remaining”, says Pacolli's reaction.
