Deputy Justice Minister Florian Dashi has said the LDK is a party that respects each country taken by the Constitutional Court, writes Periscopi.
In a Facebook post, Dushi says the LDK differs from other parties, which, according to him, even though they are called into the rule of law, the Constitutional Court's decisions respect them only when they are in their favour, thus alluding to Vetevendosje Movement.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo is the relatively new institution. As such, this institution has so far handled many cases, even those considered to be sensitive political cases.
The LDK, always, even when this Court has ruled against its leaders, through thoughts and decisions that there was enough room for professional debate, has set a unique example of respecting these decisions despite political interests.
The LDK, being an official and institutionalist party, has estimated that for the Republic of Kosovo, as a new state, even monitored by the international factor (a post-independence period), it is extremely important to build a culture of trust and respect towards the Constitutional Court and its decisions.
Otherwise, disrespecting this Court and its decisions, the eventual behaviour contrary to the Court's decisions presents the attitude of conduct contrary to our publicly promoted and promised intentions of building Kosovo as a rule of law!
Thus, in view of these principles, the LDK has stated, at times, courageously and clearly, that it will respect any Constitutional Court decision, unlike other parties that have shouted about the rule of law, while today they declare that the Constitutional Court's decision will be accepted only if it is in their favour, unreceptive!
