The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has declared that the discomfort Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has with his seat has a choice that is the elections, as he has a nostalment for the prime minister's position.
Kurti said the big break between him and President Hashim Thaci occurred in declaring the state of emergency. According to Kurt, he sought to declare the state of emergency by the time 19 were infected and no one died.
