In this prison he had been the deceased, Ukshih Hoti until he no longer knew his fate.
In the published photograph, all three appear with their lips on the spot where Whursin Hoti was tortured.
PDK Headship member Betim Joschi has commented on the photograph, saying the three have shown no respect for the suffering Hoti has experienced.
