The hypocrisy of Albulen Hadziu: Consider what he said about AKP in Parliament, while offering for Faton Dallaku

Two days ago Periscopi has published several documents through which it has been proven that Albulen Haxhiu, currently incumbent Justice Minister, was involved in a tender that was linked to businessman Faton Dallaku.

The documents showed that Haxhiu in 2010 worked for Faton Dallaku for a well-trusted task, which is the bidding for tenders at the Kosovar Privatisation Agency.

Albulen Haxhiu was committed to a tender worth 300 thousand euros for the purchase of a land in 2010, as Faton Dallaku's representative, to apply to the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP).

But about four years later, Haxhiu, who was deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, during her speech in the Kosovo Assembly, speaking of the privatisation process, had accused the Government and this Agency of extortion of public property, saying that interest groups and media close to politics stand behind them.

At the Kosovo Assembly session, which was held on January 23rd 2014, where it was discussing the privatisation of the Amortizers' factory, Haxhi had not hesitated to file charges on the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, saying he violated the law and tender rules.

With the privatisation process, first degraded, to be sold very symbolic, which do not reflect the real value of these assets for the most part. The goal behind this huge whirlwind of corruption rests on criminal character. While social companies trusted the Government in management to deregulate them with completely political and militant management, social companies were entrusted to the Kosovar Trust Agency, which after declaring independence became a Kosovar Privatisation Agency. By classifying the property of citizens in these two categories, social companies were degraded and sold for prices that were adapted to the flats of various interest groups, while public companies following the failed management of this government are now scheduled to be privatised by the fantomic companies that are based on the basis behind them standing the criminal elite of government policy”, Hadziu had said in her speech before the Kosovo Assembly.

That Albulen Hadziu has worked at Faton Dallaku's company has confirmed Dallaku himself.

“Yes, it is true that Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu has worked as my representative in the company and I have a lot of respect for him”, Dallaku said.

We remember that Faton Dallaku, last year, became familiar with the published bribery, file and fraud contract for a private hospital in the KKUK's spaces.

The ongoing Vetevendosje movement has rejected and accused past governments of links to businessmen, as well as extortion of public property. /Periscopi/
