Former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj has said the dismissed Prime Minister Albin Kurti has not had the courage to take responsibility for the dialogue under the pretext that the paper's epilogue could be the exchange of territories.
MP The PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has said the Democratic Party of Kosovo has been clear as to the idea of exchange of territories, where it has said it would not be a solution.
Hoxhaj even says that territorial exchange is neither aka President Thaci's nor anyone in Kosovo.
He has said that even past Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, even now Albin Kurti, have feared dialogue and have not taken responsibility, under the pretext that the epilogue of the agreement could be such and thus have fled him.
“We, as the Democratic Party of Kosovo, have been clear and confident in the same attitudes that for us territorial exchange is not a solution, and I think that in 2020 this is neither the agenda of President Thaci nor anyone in Kosovo, but all those who fear dialogue, all those who have really had no courage to take responsibility for dialogue, whether currently Prime Minister Kurti or in the past Prime Minister Haradinaj, under the pretext of the epilogue of the agreement could be here, have really made an effort to get rid of dialogue like this, Hoxha told Albanian television last night.

He also said promoting fear as politics in relation to dialogue has greatly damaged Kosovo.
I think that for Kosovo it is very important that after 12 years of declaring independence, it is really to live its membership in the UN. We can achieve this if the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is taken seriously, if we reach an agreement that meets Kosovo's requirements and expectations, and here I don't mean we have to accept a bad deal and thus raise Kosovo's flag to the UN as a sovereign and independent state.”, the former foreign minister, who in the previous government was deputy prime minister, said.
Hoxhaj, said the topic of dialogue exceeds the responsibility a government may have towards him.
I've always seen Kosovo- Serbia as the kind of end of history in the Balkans, the end of the enmity not only between Kosovo and Serbia, but also as the end of the hostility of Albanians and Serbs in the Balkans in the last 250 years. In this direction, we should not waste time, but we must have clarity and courage, and we must reach an agreement that is in line with expectations Kosovo has to be a UN member state.”, Hoxhaj has posted.
