Haliti wrongs allowing Serbia to test aid

In Descu of TIME, Haliti has said it has not been the right time to accept aid from Serbia, due to the “claims that that that country still has”.
We are behind the dilemma in political statements, one party by another, for the skills behind the Government or for the commitment behind it to win this battle and the Health Institute that was fully committed to this issue. I believe the IKSHPK had the support of government and people, and that commitment I believe was great. I'd appreciate some political actions that were made by mistake. We are far from any kind of agreement what is done with these aides, or the tampons that Serbia has made. With the Kosovo Constitution, they have the right to assist Serb majority municipalities, it is also regulated by law. But I think the conditions when we're crashed, I wouldn't accept help from Serbia”, Haliti said.
According to him, Kosovo has not had to accept aid because of Serbia's claims. He has stated that Kosovo had to allow assistance only if it was found that it has managed to manage the situation in certain municipalities.
I don't want you to get help because you want to get your position back in Kosovo. You're saying that you don't know Kosovo, and I'm pulling out Kosovo, it's almost an occupation, not Serbia, almost Kosovo has fought in Serbia, not Serbia in Kosovo. We are relieved of them and they still have claims. While I'm in favour of the international media agreement, I believe that in this case it had to take a stand that there's no need to talk about because it's known what it should be. I would say they were defined which municipality they want to help, if it is found that Kosovo has failed to help”, Haliti has said further.
According to him, the aid has been of little value and should not have been accepted because “even a small businessman could accomplish that and so would need to polarise so much”.
