Likewise, Balaj neighbourhood has taken voluntary action to regulate the environment, clean up the neighborhood, and set out lighting in private-initiated neighborhoods.

Chairman Ludrovci has thanked these initiatives for the Janova and Balaj neighbourhood, and has said these two neighbourhoods should be praised for voluntary action and added that this good job and experience can also be obtained by other neighbourhoods and villages in the municipality, while stressing that the municipality takes over to pay the costs of electricity in these two neighbourhoods, as well as the removal of the established warehouses.
