The 100 per cent tax imposed in November 2018 on Serbian and Bosnian products by the Haradinaj government left on March 31st to replace with reciprocity by the Kurti Government.
On Saturday evening, the incumbent Government of the Republic of Kosovo imposed several new measures that would start implementing reciprocity with Serbia, but there was nothing new here. The measures Kurt took at the 37th Government Meeting were the same as the Haradinaj government had taken in 2018.
Last night's decision says that in trade relations with Serbia, documents are prohibited for agricultural and industrial products using names of countries containing other elements contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the names of countries in the Republic of Kosovo, but without the appointment of the state, which do not refer to the Republic of Kosovo and contain any element that denies the independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo, the news conveys.
The Food and Veterinary Agency is tasked with using the Kosovo Republic and the name of Kosovo on phytosanitar and veterinary certificates, while economic operators from Serbia should be equipped with input permits for any cargo transport vehicle that enters the Republic of Kosovo from the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Serbia.

And in the decision of the date 21.11.2018, in which the 100% tax on Serbian products was imposed, at point 3 and 4 envisions a set of reciprocity measures owed to Dogana, the Market Inspectorate and the Communist Inspectorate, to impose all economic operators to remove all products which on their label or declaration have their content: Importor/Distributor/Distributor/Representative/or otherwise, for and at “Kosovo and Metohija”, “Kosovo Unmik””Kosovo 1244x5>, “Cosovo Resolution 1244, as well as those in which only use the names of cities without the name of the state or any other name in opposition to the constitutional appointment of the Republic of Kosovo”

After the two decisions cited, it is seen that Kurti Government has taken no additional measures for “reciprocity” to the largest importer in Kosovo, Serbia.
On the other hand, the incumbent prime minister today has again praised his government with the six measures last night, where <x0-reciprocity with Serbia” has found it most important.
