On May 01, 2020, at the IKSHPK Mactic Microbiology Laboratory with RT- The PCR, a total of 221 samples taken by the Infectious Clinic, tracking ground-time contacts, as well as quarantines in the student centre.
With SARS-CoV-2, a total of seven (7) cases have been diagnosed.
Positive cases are contact cases and according to the settlement: six) cases from Prizren municipality and a (1) occasion from the municipality of Suhareka.
Today, May 01, 2020, twenty-seven (27) patients have recovered, based on O's recommendations If two samples result negative with at least one day's distance. The total number of healed up to this day is a total of two hundred ninety-eight cases.
From February 08 to May 01, 2020, at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology Laboratory with RT- The PCR, a total of 7,644 suspicious samples in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a total of positive ones resulted in eight hundred and thirteen (813) cases, with a total of twenty-two (two) cases of death having had other accompanying diseases.
In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts by binding them for self-isolation and seeking medical assistance if they have symptoms.
Globally, between December 31, 2019 and May 01, 2020, a total of 3,372,285 cases of COVID-19 and 238,084 cases of death were reported.
