The ordinance, which the newspaper has provided the signal through a source, says the indictment was set up on November 24, 2011.
The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, based on this indictment, has appointed court hearings for the accused, but the latter has not been presented regularly because of the ballot for personal surrender it has been found to be outside Kosovo.
To Drin Zatriqi, in September last year, a warrant for central paper-linement has been issued, as he is not in Kosovo. According to this document, the moment Zatriqi enters Kosovo, he will be accompanied by police for the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj.
According to an official memorandum of the Kosovo Police, it has been confirmed that accused Drin Zatriqi is located in the US.
Thus, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj has decided that the special defendant will be assured that he is in Kosovo to be arrested and accompanied to the offices of this Court.
Drin Zatriqi, while in Kosovo, years ago was manager of several Estrada singers, meanwhile recently from the US, has been politically activated in support of the Vetevendosje Movement.
