The nurse's “Role is highly valued in the health system, because it aims to protect health, perform the work with honour, humanity and professionalism. It has been difficult because the work luggage during this time has been extremely large. I want to thank the volunteers and nurses of other clinics who are attached to defeating this” virus.
The nurse of the Infectal Clinic has confessed to the special edition in Klan Kosova that she has not met her family for three months, due to fears she might endanger them.
“I took all measures, I was in the property. For three months I haven't met my family since the first case of the virus in Kosovo, because I've been wanting to avoid my family, relatives and friends from taking any possible risk of having to take over the”.
It has shown that work at the Infectious Clinic has continued with a regular 12-hour schedule.
“We've been working part-time since it's 12 hours, because more hours would be more fatigue due to the huge volume of work, more risk and stress. We've been on the regular schedule for 12 hours day and 12 hours on the night shift”.
Mrlaku has said that the profession she exercises is not valued enough in Kosovo.
The nurse's “profession is discriminated against by wage levels, then we've been discriminated against for 20 years even for the cofficient or schooling that we have superior or work experience”.
“has not fought enough for us nurses to achieve the right leveling of the cofficient. We nurses are pillars in the health sector and we haven't deserved the salary level that we have”.
