Why did the dismissed Prime Minister Albin Kurti publish just these days a fantagmic threat from a fantagonian? Should the threat of this unprecedented organization be taken?

On Tuesday evening, Kosovo's dismissed Prime Minister Albin Kurti on his Facebook page published, according to him, a threat that has come to the Constitutional Court of Kosovo from “Garda Albanian Volunteer”.

In his post, which he corrected after several minutes, Kurt published the communique of this organization, which is first mentioned in the opinion and compared with the photographed communiqué, he commented and analyzed it.

He allowed himself to reveal to whom this threatening communique was directed.

Although the so-called communiqué of the fantom group nowhere is mentioned by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Kurti gave himself the right to see this communique as a direct threat to this institution. Kurti in his clarification, nowhere does he say this communiqué will be taken away by law organs, but the focus is on mentioning the individual names of the members of the Constitutional Court and shows its only letter: moving to early elections.

This sparked reactions to the opinion. For the first time, the Court was also forced to come up with a response calling on Albin Kurti and the Presidency to give up pressure and threats against the Constitution and its members.

The whole, including the publication of the threat by the Fantom Guard, is being seen as a next attempt by Kurti to increase pressure on the members of the Constitution, in hopes that it will affect a decision in favour of his party, Vetevendosje.

Like any threat to order and security in the country, even this communiqué would have to be dealt with in serial terms. But there's a lot wrong with this communique.

The publication of this communique was published by Albin Kurti's personal Facebook page, by a political scene player trying to stay in power rather than by security organ directors.

It's the practice of such organisations, if they already exist, that their statements and communicates first send to the media from there publication and distribution in order to have a larger extent, which should be the final goal of such arrangements.

But if this communiqué were first sent to the media, they would publish and interpret it according to their editorial approach. But Kurt apparently decided that the media would save from a chance to interpret the communique by making its own publication and explanation.

Even though the prime minister in office, he still has some of the country's security levers in his hands. The right would be to have this threat made public by security agencies, in addition to clarifying and ensuring the opinion that the justice organs are dealing intensively with the discovery of who is behind this communique. So far, we have no word or explanation.

If we take a look at the content of the communique Kurt published, she has many spelling mistakes. Top, left and right, there are two logos designed uglier with Albanian national elements. Communication has the number 3 for this year, but neither the contents nor the date when the two pre-communications were published, 1 and 2. The communique content designer and visual side is not exempt from deliberately making sure that the communique looks like that. Thus, it is easy to assume that there is an unexplored, uncultivated social class behind it but willing to offer mercenary services to certain political formations.

It is known that when such provisional organizations appear in public they act and are careful to announce their goals of creation and existence. They also look after their own image, visual and container.

For the Fantom Guard until the announcement that came from Albin Kurti was unknown or heard of it raises many questions. Their first appearance, if not the last, is not to take it seriously.

Meanwhile, all political parties in the country, except for the VV, have publicly been declared to respect the Constitutional Court's decision, whatever it is.

The delicate moment of the threat publication, when we are awaiting a Constitutional Court decision, then mentioning the single names of the Court members, the publication of it by Prime Minister in charge Albin Kurti, the interpretation he makes, the increasingly tense and threatening language that Kurti and his followers use in recent weeks, the possibility that the decision of the constitution not be accepted by Kurti and VV if it is not in their favour, the open efforts to mobilise their member to protest in pro-government these circumstances bring us to the very inevitable question of whose threat to the fants?

Considering the great embarrassment that Albin Kurti is in from the possibility of giving up power to the new government, can it easily be assumed that all can be a fabrication of desperate minds within the incumbent prime minister and Vetevendosje Movement?/Periscopi/
