These are the 3 VVA groups that are deliberately making political noises in Kosovo, according to Zeka.

Zeka has said that by negotiating with a Norwegian friend, he has shown that the Constitution gives only the right to the winning party for forming the government even in Norway, but if it doesn't make Government beat the party that has the majority of votes, even though the latter hasn't made it to the polls.

He has said the noise being made in Kosovo is political on the part of the Vetevendosje Movement, and there are three groups according to him that are misinterpreting the Kosovo Constitution deliberately.

Constitution only recognises numbers, not the winning party

Talking to a Norwegian friend, he surprised me by his explanation of the Constitution.

The constitution, it said, gives me the right to the winning party just to make government. So give him a chance. Think, a political party in Norway can't make government, even make me the place in elections.

The situation is very simple in Kosovo. That's right. Kosovo goes to extraordinary elections. VV wins 51 deputies. Still can't form governments, can we go to the elections? The winner of the election is only the one who achieved the parliamentary majority. The winner is only the one with 61 numbers in parliament, no one else. So says every constitution of the democratic world. That's how every democracy works.

The noise being made in Kosovo by the VV's is political. The so-called legal experts, those who are misinterpreting the Constitution, are divided into three groups:

1. The first group, there are people who have enjoyed a million benefits from past power. Now they want VV.

2. The second group, there are people who are paid for such schemes.

3. The third group is paid by the Serbrus lobby to crown enmity with the US and the EU, knowing that without these two factors, the state of Kosovo does not function, nor does it exist 24 hours!
