Similarly, the movement of vehicles without authorization within circuits from hour to hour [...] will expand from Monday.

So will the movement of vehicles without authorization within circuits from 0500 to 17:30.
According to the announcement, the returnees from next week will reportedly be self-accompanied in their residences.
