Last night the Emergency Committee led by the health minister, Mr. Arben Vitita, ruled on new strict measures against spreading the Comvid-19 pandemic.
From these measures it turns out that citizens will be confined to their homes for 22 and a half hours a day, and free to circulate under certain conditions for only one and a half hours, writes Periscope.

Of over 3 thousand and 100 votes, 64 percent of citizens voted yes, while 36 percent voted for No.
