The former head of the Skywright municipality has been acquitted of escaping from QKUK in May 2014, until it has been sentenced to 12,000 euros for two more fugitives, in August and September 2015. That decision, which was taken Tuesday by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, has revealed to his lawyer, Artan Qericin.
The site has said that “Justice Vow” that to escape from the innocent CKUK, guards who had been forwarded to Lushtak, Ylber Blakaj, Gezim Ahmeti and Gevddet Zena have also been sentenced to a fine of 1,000 euros for two other fugitives.
According to the indictment, the escape of former Squirrel leader from the QKUK, for which he was released, occurred in May 2014, while Lushtak was receiving medical treatment, at the time he was in custody in the “Drenica” case.
In this case other than the escape, in the rest of the indictment that has nothing to do with escape, but with criminal acts “preventing evidence or official procedure”, “intimidation during criminal procedure”, “participation in organised criminal groups” is accused of Sami Lushtaku, Ismet Haja, Strukoli, Fatmir Mzak, Rexhepa, Skender Tahiri, Sheremet Jashar and Dibrani.
For this part of the indictment, Judge Shashivar Hoti's trial board at the February 20th session had singled out the procedure.
