The Neuropsikiatri shows how to behave in isolation: Avoid obligation, damage mental and heart health

The director of the Mental Health Centre in Pristina, Sami Rexhepi, has called on citizens not to panic during the period of vetoation by Coronavirus, and this is not taken as an obligation because it causes anxiety that leads to mental health damage but also heart attack. In an interview for Online Economy, [...]
In an interview for Online Economy, Rexhepi has instructed citizens on how to conduct themselves in terms of isolation. He said that it is very important for people to have self-confidence and not to fall victim to false news.
Rexhepi has stressed that proselytising is something to be done willingly and willingly, by each to protect family members.
He has also spoken of the probing of house - to - house relationships.
According to him, if isolation is imposed by humans, the chances of error in the brain's emotional guidance are enormous and can thus damage mental health.
The “is very important in how we perceive identity, as conscious action to protect ourselves, or as a mandatory closure from someone else. If we perceive it as closure then it is very difficult because patience begins to be spent, but if we take it as motivation to protect ourselves and others is more in excess and we can spend more time with our family”
Because family is the only place where we breathe energy to be in place. On the other hand, if we get the isolation of duty, that's what makes us anxious. We can't lose reason. The moment emotions begin to guide us, the opportunities for mistakes are huge and the damage to mental health starts to be”, Rexhepi added.
He ordered citizens to escape unconfirmed news during this time.
Rexhepi said that “Cavid-19” is an epidemic which, out of 85% of the affected, is passed on foot, without large symptoms.
He has said that our task is to protect those who are more sensitive, such as older people and those with chronic diabetes diseases or have passed the period of cancer”, Rexhepi said.
For all those motivated to work to protect themselves and others to escape information from the media, where because of clicks there are unverified news and we need to know about the virus, what's the epidemiological situation in the environment where we are, what's the level of care that we need to act. If we all mobilize, we will not test our health system, which has its own shortcomings. First of all, prevention is to help doctors with our care”.
It's fate that there's an epidemic that over 85% gets on foot without large symptoms. This is our task to protect those who are more sensitive, such as older ones and those who have chronic diseases like diabetes or who have gone through the cancer period. They're more sensitive. Ours is to help them”, Rexhepi said.
He has said that at this time we need general mobilization, the EO reports.
And we're not dealing with the virus, but we can say that it's a threat that's in front of us and requires great mobilization of all of us not only health institutions and not only to understand measures which are recommended by government and health professionals, as preventive measures, but we need to understand as our motive to act in the way that we protect our most loved ones, both ourselves and all around us. We need to understand as a function in a different way the situation we're in”, Rexhepi said.
According to Rexhepi, this isolation should be voluntarily taken in time, otherwise it may risk that individuals who are closed feel anxiety and heart problems that could lead to death.
Rexhepi further said that in this state of ownership, self-confidence is very important. It also shows how problems start in isolation.
For those who willingly take the coonfrond time not while all those who receive it as closure will cause anxiety and other problems. It starts with panic attacks, a social seal, and our hearts start to run fast, the fear of death begins. If we can stay in an environment where there are more people we feel uncomfortable and then isolation begins. We should never lose confidence because they made us value ourselves more”, he added.
