The 100 per cent tax on Serbia has exposed the differences between Kosovo's international allies. The United States through their representative, Richard Green, is demanding a full tax evasion. While some EU countries have supported Prime Minister Albin Kurti in his plan for partial exemption of the conditional tax. This has made sure that Kosovo institutions are listed.
In this regard, former MP Milaim Zeka says of Kosovo Press, that Kosovo has the only support and hope for national security at the US.
“We have Europe's economic interest, because we are in Europe, but the interest of national security, the interest of protecting sovereignty, territorial integrity and protection of the only national freedom aid and hope is in the US”, he says.
