The three-finger gesture is a Serbian nationalist symbol, which in recent years has taken on fascist overtones after being used en masse by Serb paramilitary forces in war, initially against Muslims.
A source of Online Economy has suggested that suspect Serb Ivan Lekic, at around 1600, with his car “Pugeot 20618x1>, in a drunken state, had moved close to the home of the president of Kosovo, which is located in the Veternik neighbourhood, showing signs of hatred, and had done so by raising three fingers of his hands as well as listening to music in the highest Serbian language, and speaking out loud in the Serbian language.
According to this source, these actions had been repeated several times until it was stopped by the unit that secures the president's house.
