Thaci: Kosovo condemns Syria, Russia attacks on Turkish soldiers in Idlib

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has called on Syria and Russia to stop the attacks and allow humanitarians to have access to areas where there have been bombings.

Thaci also condemned attacks by the Syrian and Russian regime on Turkish soldiers in Idlib.
