The minister via a Facebook post announced he has been out on the ground to see road maintenance and that he is in contact with ministry responsible.

Good news with snow; but careful driving. The streets are clearing, and lakes are filling up with water.
I just followed some of the street maintenance guys closely. I'm in constant contact with the Ministry responsible. I've ordered all responsible companies to be here tonight, all night long, on the ground with increased effort.
