Kosovo's Oda of Afarism board Chairman Skender Krasniqi congratulated Prime Minister Kurti on the position and briefed on the problems and solutions OAK has identified.
Krasniqi stressed that among the main problems businesses are facing is the lack of harmonisation of laws, which are causing provisions of a law very often to conflict with other laws that are creating uncertainty.
The issue is particularly facing mining sector businesses, in which administrative guidelines are being given primatitis to laws”, he said.
Krasniqi also added that changing the Labour Law and regulating the issue of the lehonia rest so that its burden can be taken over by the state will affect the growing employment of women in the country.
Among other things, Krasniqi singled out that the Home Trade Law, the Law for Faligration, the Economic Court and the offer of doing business are some of the main shortages whose creation would facilitate the functioning of businesses and the country's economic development.
The board's deputy chairman, Education Selmonmusaj, and the board's secretary, Diamond Elshani, highlighted the power of the umbrella, which is dependent 100% on the business membership and is a pillar of business support from which the Government can benefit greatly.
Board member Hysni Zogaj stressed that independent agencies such as KPM, AVUK, the Forests Agency, and similar ones pass into the supervision of relevant ministries, as they are the country's main pillars of development.
