The Vetevendosje movement tomorrow will receive answers to allegations that have emerged since the Hoti Government vote regarding the legality of this decision.
All sides have responded positively to the Constitutional Court's call for public session, to be held on December 2nd.
The “in the public hearing session, which will be held on December 2, 2020, at the beginning of 10:00, will be attended by all parties of interest involved in the case. Due to the current situation with the Codavi-19 pandemic, public hearings will be held via video conference (online) and all preparations have already been carried out for maintaining it”, the Constitutional Court's Media Office for Express says.
The JSK suggests that the parties have not requested postponement of the session and that during tomorrow, it will announce more detailed information.
The “neither of the parties involved in the case has requested postponement of the session. For more details about the possibility of direct conveying the public hearing, you could also refer to the media announcement that the Court will publish during tomorrow's”, the Court says.
Etem Arifi was one of 61 deputies who voted in favour of electing the Hoti government. For Albin Kurti's party, Vetevendosje, which was ousted by power, the Ashkali Party MP's vote is unvalid for the fact that he has been convicted of corruption with the court's final decision.
Therefore, LVV was directed for interpretation in Constitutional. Any decision of this body can bring a new political situation to the country.
