Company of Etem Arifi: We oppose the arrest of little fish but we respect justice

Qazim Tsmman, party secretary Etem Arifi, has said Arifi has surrendered to the security organs at the moment the Constitutional decision on his request.

“Z . Arifi is self-designed and has not been arrested by Kosovo Police. He has surrendered to the moment the Constitutional Court has ruled. The moment the Constitution has decided against his request, he has surrendered”, Candorman said.

According to him, he has never left Kosovo.

Deputy Etem Arifi's arrest, Candor has deemed him unfair.

For us it's unfair. If there were arguments we respect justice but unfortunately we are victimized. If 2 is Kosovo to advance by arresting and condemning communities then we are sacrificed but not arrested by small fish”, he has said.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced him to two years in prison on bail, the deputy of the Kosovo Parliament from the Ashkali Party for Integration ranks, Etem Arifi, after he has been convicted of criminal acts of subsidies fraud.

The accused have been forced to make up for the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS) to compensate for 22.900 euros, as well as the Office for Communities in the prime minister amounting to 2,749 euros.

According to the indictment, Etem Arifi has used his MP's position to influence the grant of subsidies to the NGO “Ashkali people's voice for Integration”, thus ensuring the amount of 25.646.00 euros.

This money, according to the prosecution, was not used for the purposes it was given, but was adopted by Arifi and Gashi for other people.
