According to the indictment, defendant I. B., it is charged that from March to late 2016, in Prizren, by acting in the quality of the official person in the Prizren municipality with the goal of benefiting any other person O E- PBC KPS from Pristina, not respecting legal procedures, submits the request for the tender's release for the “Figurisation digital SUNar project for the service of Prizren citizens”, even though this project has not been planned with the 2016 budget, which the project has not been functional, with what it has done to Prizren's municipality in damages worth about 28 thousand euros.
The same is also charged that during 2017, by acting in quality to the official person in the Prizren municipality, with the aim of benefiting any benefit to the other person O E- PPSB, without respecting the first legal procedures, without asking permission from competent central bodies, applies to the tender's announcement for the “Electronic Archivva”, which the project has not been functional, with cerrast causing Prizren's municipality damage worth about 100,000 euros.
By these actions, accused I. B., has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Using official position or authority” by Article 422 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the accused be found guilty and be convicted by law.
