According to him, KLA war organisations since 2015 have protested and called for this Court not to be voted on.
In 2015 we protested and called on the MPs not to vote on this Special Court, this unilateral court. That this would happen, these arrests of the main KLA people, we knew, so such spectacles are unnecessary”, Jashar said.
According to him, the Special Court, which he has called a major evil, has established Kosovo's highest state body, the Parliament.
“We know all these actions that the Special Court is doing, territorying the families of the KLA people, are claims of a Dick Marty report. I think that with the establishment of this court everything has been violated, even the Constitution. How could such a court be voted just for Albanians”, Jashari has said.
He has added that organisations released from the KLA war will initiate the collection of signatures by MPs in the Assembly so that the Special Court's legality will be submitted for interpretation at the Constitutional Court.
