In his reasoning he has mentioned three points, accusing the LDK, PDK and AAK for different things.
The LDK is accused by Hoxha of excluding the most voted member from its ranks from the party and of holding an illegal “government” that is ruining the state of Kosovo.
The PDK accuses him of unable to reflect on the situation created. While the AAK is accused of doing political shopping, Periscope follows.
He has demanded that the country's leadership take over its party, which is the winning subject of recent elections.

Some analysts propose government reconciliation in Kosovo. They forget that subjective components of the situation do not have such a possibility:
1. The LDK has ruled out its most voting ranks, the candidate for prime minister and the incumbent in office. It keeps an illegal government and has worked in the direction of the collapse of the state of Kosovo.
2. The PDK is not displaying even the least possibilities of reflection on the created situation. Her presidentHas indicated that there is no connection to the situation in which this party has reduced the Republic of Kosovo.
3. The AAK, through its chairman, openly requires voting deals.
Let all these institutional souls know that you cannot be without legitimate institutions. Let them also realize that running any co-operation between subjects should take over the winning subject of recent elections. Otherwise, let the elections take place immediately.
