His attack actually parallels attacks on this party immediately after the war was fought by various forces released from the war.
He has said the LDK is a registered party in Serbia and recognised by Serbia, Periscopi follows.
Feraj has stated that “with this, at least it seems that Serbia's jurisdiction extends to Kosovo as well. As Serbia's constitution envisions and was defeated by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo”.
But, Mr. Feraj, Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje, had coalitiond with the LDK and enjoyed very good relations even during the time of the common opposition (2017-2019).
These charges appear to come within the framework of unbounded attacks on a statement by Driton Selmanaj, which was taken out of context according to the latter.

A Serbia victory through Yerenelli was for the Kosovo government to be made by a prominent party from Serbia and registered in Serbia: LDK.
With that, at least it seems that Serbia's jurisdiction extends to Kosovo. As the Constitution of Serbia predicts and was defeated by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
