The chairman of the League of Historians of Kosovo branch in Decani, Shkodran Imeraj, says that the fact of this news being published by Prime Minister Hoti, three days after reaching the agreement suggests that the latter is not in favour of the citizens of Decani.
“Agreement to be published as a whole. The prime minister said he will be rehabilitated. We've rehabilitated the road, that means it won't be asphalted. Why should the Decan-Plave road have had a bay pass, when its return to” exists, he said.
That's why Imeraj demands that terms of reference be understood.
“We think that this agreement is nothing more than implementation of the German memorandum presented in 2016 by former German Ambassador Peter Blomeire”, he said.
He said they have also rejected the start of the works at the time of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, as he said no millimeter of asphalt was laid in the particular area.
