KMDLNj: Special Court Speaker is misleading Kosovars

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has once again reacted to the Special Court, calling it one ethnic and racist, and that it would believe this court in the event it whites out the fate of over 1600 undiscovered persons. On the contrary, Ekaterina Transdalyova's statement that it will condemn all those who committed crimes will be considered as fraud and the court's next lie.

Swiss Senator Dick Marty, with logistical and material support from Serbia and Russia, made a political report on the alleged crimes of the KLA during and after the war in Kosovo, with particular emphasis he mentioned the Yellow House in Burrell, Albania that served as a hospital for the removal and trafficking of the organs of kidnapped Serb and Roma civilians who had been brought from Kosovo to Albania. These alleged crimes initially included time after the end of the war until the end of 2000. Based on this report, the Council of Europe voted to establish a Task Force for investigating these claims in front of the American prosecutor, Wilson. Dick Marty's report listed war crimes suspects and crimes against humanity, all Albanians and all KLA leaders or soldiers. According to this report, Kosovo Assembly deputies, in circumstances of blackmail, threat and psychic terror were forced (excluding a number of opposition deputies and positions) to vote on the Law to form a Kosovo Special Court, headquartered in The Hague !!!! Consequently, they also changed the Constitution of Kosovo by passing all powers on to this Court and not identifying it with anything with the Kosovo justice system, which was thought to be part of the tribunal. All the agreements that were signed between Kosovo, the Netherlands (where is the headquarters of the Special Single Court) were against Kosovo by removing Kosovo from even symbolic ownership of this tribunal, which presents nosenses of its kind and contrary to all the practices of international war crimes courts formed so far. Most of the judges, prosecutors, investigators, policemen or administration were remains of The Hague's War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, of UNMIK, EULEX and Task Force conducting experiments during their mandate in Kosovo. Ekaterina Transdalyova was elected head of this Special Single Court and, in all public appearances, never mentioned Serbia's crimes committed in Kosovo, but all the time has been declared for Dick Marty's report, such as the alpha and the omega of its engagement by demonstrating a completely discriminated approach and contrary to human rights, as universal and inseparable values. Then came the so-called Constitutional Court of the Single Court, which has not occurred with any War Crimes Court, from the Nyremberg to this of Dick Marty. For irony to be even greater, the Ombudsperson Institute was established without being told what quality it is invited, without a written decision, nor when the Special Court singles demanded that the guests bring with them a guilt-free evidence that has brought down its lawyer from Kosovo, Artan Qerni after you have denounced it as a serious violation of this trial and the rights of the human guests. In all the courts in the world when reading the rights of suspected or accused persons, the judge of the preliminary procedure, among other things, informs them of the right to not speak anything that charges suspects and let them bring personal or accusing materials to others as required earlier. The so-called ombudsman has never reacted when suspects or indictees were violated the constitutional right to use official languages in Kosovo, nor in the case when confirmation of the indictment has been handed over in English, although this language is not an official language in Kosovo. The specialised Prosecutor's Alter Ego, represented as the ombudsman, has not reacted at all when special paramilitaries and EULEX police have brutally intervened in Jakup Krasniqi's house, keeping him chained 10 hours and questioning him, although in no international practice is provided that whoever is confirmed the indictment can be raided or questioned for confirmed allegations, after the indictment was established. Also, raids have been made in the homes of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi, Salih Mustafa, and sometimes the headquarters of OVL veterans of the KLA have been violated and leaders of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, although this is not the mandate of this Court. And many other legal and human rights violations the so-called ombudsman becomes blind and deaf.

KMDLNj, from the very beginning, has rejected the formation of this Special Court, as from the form and in particular from the content of the fact that it discriminates against 97 % of the victims (Albanian and non-Serbs) as if there are 97 %s of those who have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Kosovo. The KMDLNj, since the end of the war in no case, has divided the victims to ethnic grounds, nor those who committed crimes by seeking justice for all victims and responsibility for all those who are proven crime. The Special Single Court made the opposite completely and requires KMDLNj, made gross discrimination on ethnic grounds.

Following recent sensational arrests in Kosovo where all the arrested and accused are Albanians and none is Serb, reactions of even internationals as well as Sererer -- Elliot Engel and others denouncing the unethnic character of this Single Court -- which is in full harmony with KMDLNj's positions. To absorb this opposition, and it has real potential to grow by demanding the reshaping of this Special Single Court, its chair, Ekaterina Trandafilova, as the delayed card, turns out that ; this Court will not only condemn Albanians, but all those who committed crimes, although it is clear that this Court has no jurisdiction in either Albania or Northern Macedonia and Serbia have no courage to present it as an idea.

Ekaterina Trandalova's statement is only a deceitful smoke and an attempt to absorb the right opposition to the division of justice according to ethnic principle, by the internationals and locals that could be expanded with no favourable consequences for the discriminatory institution at whose helm is Trandafieldova. It's just a link to fraud, nontransparent in the chain of this repressive construction against an ethnicity, Albanians, and carrots (no staff) for those who have committed genocide in Kosovo, which is Serbia and in some cases even Montenegro. So far this chain starts with the con man Dick Marty and ends up with the fraud Ekaterina Trandalova.
