KLA leaders' presentation at The Hague begins Russia's war on Kosovo

Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has commented on the work of the Special Court in The Hague for KLA crimes. This minister has demanded that all those charged with serious crimes should face the law and “deserved condemnation”.

Konjufca has indicated that the motion for resolution on the Council of Europe was submitted in 2008.
