Ken Klipperstein, the leftist akivist and the corepspondent of the “The Nation”, has managed to trap the American diplomat by using Veterans' Day. Initially, Klipperstein has asked Grenelli to publish a writing about his late grandfather, giving him the name of Bill Calley, who was in fact a war criminal and not a veteran, as he presented him to Greenelli.

But who was Bill Cale:
William Laws Calley Jr (born June 8, 1943) is an American war criminal and a former United States Army officer sentenced by the military tribunal for the alleged murders of 22 unarmed South Vietnamese civilians in the “MMMU massacre on 16 March, 1968, during the Vietnam War.
Cale was released to house arrest under the orders of President Richard Nixon three days after his sentence. A new trial was ordered by the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circle, but that decision was overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States. Cale suffered three years in house arrest for the murders.
Green, is the prominent American diplomat, who served in important positions for the US as the one of the US ambassador to Germany, and last as President Donald Trump's Special Envoy in the Kosovo-Serbia Agreement.
