The frustrated citizen addresses Zemaj: I went in as a thief in Pec, you caused more losses than you've earned.

Entering into force new measures by the Government of Kosovo for the prevention of Avid-19, some citizens living in other municipalities are causing them difficulty returning to their homes, writes Periscopi.

So at the end of the town of Peja, on the road that links the Peja-Pristina magistrate respectively, a citizen has complained that he is not being allowed to return home.

Taulant Devolli, who works in Pristina while living in Pec, has addressed a complaint with Health Minister Armend Zemaj through a status status.

He says he was introduced as a thief in Pec while stressing that the measures imposed by the government have caused only chaos.

In addition, says that with recent measures taken, Zemaj has caused losses to businesses rather than benefits.
