This was announced by the presiding judge, Nicolas Guillou, by official announcement Monday night.
In the case of Mustafa, it is said that it can be effectively managed only by remaining in custody.
Mustafa will remain in custody for another two months. Judge Guillou within this period will consider whether the reasons for the detention still exist and then will make a decision to complete or continue detention.
Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special Court. He was arrested on September 24th, confirming the indictment for war crimes.
On October 28th, Mustafa had made his first appearance at the special hearing.
