Maliqi believes that the possibilities of exiting the current unfavourable political situation have already been discussed among political leaders in Kosovo, and it remains agreed on electing a new president or new parliamentary elections will be held in the spring.

I do not rule out American participation in this process, they will probably insist that it be a person who is not a politician or directly associated with the structures that are now charged. He believes it is quite certain that there will be a stalemate in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, but that the only question is who would be guilty of blocking dialogue.
