“These 5m-euro means are divided into an extraordinary meeting in May of this year. The purpose of sharing these 5m euros has been to support micro-businessers, small- and medium-sized enterprises but not companies that worked during the pandemic”.
The “given that the Ministry of Trade and Industry has a total of 42 thousand businesses in the Pristina municipality, but that we rely on only those companies that are active. Of the 42 thousand businesses registered in the Pristina municipality of 19 thousand and 919 are active somewhere around 18 thousand businesses will benefit from grants of 5m euros. While the 2,000 other businesses that have worked according to the guidance of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, they will not be subsidised”.
“Application will begin this month, eventually this week, but immediately their subsidy will begin. We already have the website on which all businesses will have to apply”.
“will not be distributed according to the number of companies, but certainly one of the criteria will be the number of employees announced during the census in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. This value is not too big and we are considering the possibility of increasing this value by 50%, but this decision must be made through the Pristina Community Assembly”, Nushi added.
While, he stressed that the Pristina chairman has also provided a fund for media worth 100,000 euros, EO reports.
“These 100 thousand euros per media are not part of the 5m-euro plan. Media representatives have been in the municipality and have also discussed the mayor and submitted the demand to be subsidised at 50,000 euros”.
The head of Pristina has raised the value of 100,000 euros for subvention. But there will be no independent think tank that will not benefit from these costs”, he said.
