Historically, all Serbian regimes and ideologies have used the concept of victimisation for achieving Serbian political goals throughout the Balkans. The logic of Serbian political and historical indignation has always calculated that being “viktime” creates good feelings and sympathy for Serbia, especially the Westerners. In the Serbian collective memory, Serbian regimes have built the victim's position, believing they morally remove all blame for later actions -- from 1389 onward -- and that this represents a kind of privilege for the Serbian future. If two Serbian villagers at the time of the Ottoman Empire were killed for banal reasons, the Serbian church has been careful that in the west these burst as killings organised by Albanians arnauti against Serbs in Kosovo. It has been built by Serbia and the Serbian Church over hundreds of years and as such has developed in modern times. In Yugoslavia 22 million, where 80% of the political prisoners were Albanians, the Serbian state television and press every day presented cases of how Albanians are using “to execute” Serbs from Kosovo, and of “rape Serbian women. We remember the Martinovic case here during the 1980s. This Serb from the gay-minded Gjilan, playing with the bottle of Peja Beer, for sexual pleasure hurts himself, while power and media in Belgrade the case is presented as a violation by Albanians, which is later exposed by medical expertise. Even more brutal is the case “Panda” during the recent war in Kosovo, where the Milosevic regime killed young Serbs to accuse it U n The CK and to present Albanians as heartless gels.

The same is true today. Since February, Serbia has intensified propaganda through reporting cases of <x0 violence against Albanians in Kosovo. During the pandemic, unmarked by our politicians, non-Serb organisations in Kosovo were organised on a platform called “Empirika”, where they reported in Brussels about the daily cases of “violence against Albanians. This is the same evaporation used during the 1980s by Serbia for Kosovo Albanians. This went through our political scene because they were and are busy fighting their uncompetitive battle for power. In that spirit, Vucicici stated weeks ago that March 2004 is preparing for the remaining 95,000 Serbs in Kosovo. The Serbian state, therefore, is exploiting the extreme polarisation of our political scene, circumstances with the Special Court and the dialogue process to destabilise the state of Kosovo. Therefore, not by chance the Russian medium in Serbia, “Sputnik Srbija” began propaganda in the spirit of Vucicit's statement. Exactly, in this spirit was the case of “tination-kidnapping” of the Serbian child in Plemetin. So it was a clean installation that was documented by the Serbian child's statement as well as the police report. Nearly the same was the case of the “gunhunting” against Serbian children in Bernice.

In one of my recent media presentations, I have cast allegations based on how above these are insinuations and deinformative and propaganda campaign of the Serbian state in Kosovo with the aim of destabilising the state of Kosovo, especially before the Security Council meeting on 21 October, where it will be discussed for Kosovo and I have warned that such cases will continue to occur until 21 October and 21 October. That's what happened. The Serbian portal in Kosovo “Cosovoonline”, daily continues to report on “physical attacks against Serbs.

Recently, the Serbian state, with the help of the Serbian Church and Russia, which affects the latter beyond, their victimisation is decided to give another “nuism devoid of taste”. A Belgrade cleric with the removal of the national flag in Kostunica tried to play the role of “patriot”>. His provocative action also attached to a fabulous reputation that only they believe, and then expose myself and completely the preliminary campaign organised by his country. He said Albanians stoned me while showing how he walked for miles to realise his mission. If the Albanians had thrown stones at him, it would hardly have made them a few meters of road. This also shows another fact, which not only Serbs in Kosovo have free movement but also Serbs from Serbia, for example: like the couple of this clergyman, they can come to Kosovo by traveling through it and then they can walk through the mountains to Kostunica without being threatened by anyone to misuse this freedom with provocation, which is their spiritual food. They misuse the fact that Kosovo is not Serbia -- a country in which minorities and particularly Albanians -- have no fundamental right to let go more.

It is clear, then, that the Serbian state, as it historically has done, is making fun of Serbian clergy and church, which are also being influenced by Russia by the Albanians, to react, and for this very reason, they provoked it this time, where each Albanian could react to - the Albanian national flag. We have to do the opposite. We shouldn't react with a bloody counteract. Serbia is wanting exactly that kind of reaction in order to then present itself as a victim before the West. On this level, it is also very important how our media will report such cases of violence “to Serbs, cases that were orchestrated by the Serbian state and the Serbian Church and assisted by Russia. Before such cases, initially reported in Serbian media, should be thoroughly analysed, verify information and refer to reports of Kosovo security institutions. So Serbia is seeking victimisation, because it believes this is politically profitable, because for the Serbian state and the Serb church of being “viktim” represents a clear advantage over which they can organise political mobilization and their homogenisation by increasing collective fear and anxiety among Serbs in Kosovo, as the driving force significant for their future wars.

Finally, this in no case means that we have room for panic, because we have security institutions. The point is, though, that we just have to be more careful, so that such, often unprofessional, weaknesses do not go through our noses without noticing them. A folk word: the most dangerous enemy is the one that's forgotten”. WARNING! -- this is the Serbian church with its ally Russia, this is Martinovovic's Serbia and Panda.
