Koci: Thaci is being violated by human rights, citizens should urgently be informed by the Special

On April 24th this year, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has filed a specialised chamber indictment where Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, and others are charged with a series of war crimes. To confirm the indictment or not, it takes six months from the publishing day.
