(6 years ago)420 citizens have been sentenced today until 7:00 p.m. for failing to respect the measures against the spread of Covid-19. Kosovo police report that 31 remarks to citizens and businesses have been given between 7:00 and 7:00. With the date 04.10,2020 by 7: 00 p.m., 7000 by police, 420 fines were pronounced under the Law. Meanwhile, police action and inspectorate are still under way.

The Law on Combating Pandemia Covid-19, which was voted by the Kosovo Assembly, envisions sentences of 35 euros to 500 euros.
The National Institute of Public Health has reported today that the total number of positive cases is 15,814 cases out of 70,219 suspected persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 630 cases of death.
During the last 24 hours, 69 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 13,856, while the number of active cases is 1,328.
