The court in Turkey has decided to leave the accused as a participant in terrorist organisations, Harun Celik, who was deported from Albania to Turkey two days ago.
The court ruled the detention measure on charges of “participating as a member of armed terrorist organisation”.
Celik earlier was sentenced several months in Albania, who was arrested at the airport as accused of criminal acts “falsification of IDs, passports or visas” and “falsification of documents”.
Who's Harun Celik?
Harun Celik has not worked a day in Albania and has come to our country only to use it as a possibility to cross towards a Western country.
ABC News contacted its acquaintances in Albania, which refuse to appear, but confess the life of 42-year-old teacher.
He studied for the teacher in Istanbul, and until 2016 he taught in Ankara and Bursa.
Celik is married and has four children, 1 of whom has adopted him abroad while in parallel with textile trade.
The teacher had begun to feel no confidence in his life and family since 2013 when Erdogan's aggression against the Maglenists began, so in 2016, Harun Celik moved with his family to Kazakhstan, where his coup was tried.
From then on, he was always looking for an opportunity to go to a Western country and seek political asylum.
A prominent man in Kosovo equipped him with a fake Canadian visa, and through it the Turkish teacher attempted to travel from Tirana to Toronto in July 2019.
But the Albanian police discovered and arrested him. He served prison until January 1st, when he was released. He was immediately deported and surrendered to Turkish anti-terror.
His lawyer, Alban Banggas, told ABC News that Harun Celik had not been notified of the deportation, as the law requires, and for that reason he had not been able to complain. /abcnews/
