Retkocer was seen during today's meeting with PDK branch chairman in Lipjan, Hyzer Rizani.
He has long been without a party after leaving LVV leader in Lipjan last year. He was also part of the council of this party.
The tape in the recent municipal elections was LVV's mayoral candidate in Lipjan. He had won nearly 600,000 votes.
