For the first time, Government and the Communists have coordinated the action agenda by achieving these results:
Adoption of the Law on Giving in Exploitation and Exchange of the Communist Realty Property that has been held hostage for several years:
Powering municipal competences for property management;
Easiness and simplified procedures for exploitation of municipal property for economic development;
The right to return properties of the Privatisation Agency and the Forest Agency for Public Interest and Economic Development.
Adoption of the Local Economic Development Strategy (2019 2023)
-Instruction of the firm municipal development department.
Government decisions in the function of local economic development;
Economic areas (economic development);
-Inovative training partner in Prizren, continuation of economic and political partnership with Germany, and strong driver for economic development and job opening;
-The Special American Economic Zone, which included 500 acres of space and answers to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's commitment to strategic partnership with the US;
-Economic Zones ? Duration, Kacanik and Malisheva.
Exploration of property and giving in the use of the Communists;
-36 decisions of expropriation of property for municipal interest.
