In the Electoral Zone he has mentioned some data, which, according to him, well shows its effects.
“From the data of the Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, we see that the rise in the consumer price in Kosovo has been the same year every year in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and the percentage of consumer growth has been the same year. There has been no different growth in relation to the previous years”.
“In a study conducted by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Oda Economics, 67% of companies surveyed by MTI and OEK, it is about manufacturing businesses, have increased their product sales”.
“The establishment of this measure, which is based both on laws, the CEFTA Agreement and the law on safeguard clauses, has provided effects with local producers and with the establishment of the number of employees in Kosovo”.
Andrew Shala also confirmed that this is not the first move he has taken since taking over leadership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
“As the initiative from the moment we've begun to lead with this dictatorship this is not the first measure we've taken. We've established measures to protect block products and measures to protect trees and vegetables”.

While if after 6 October the Initiative is part of the government, Shala said the tax is not lifted.
While there are all the economic and political reasons that we as governments have been forced to take such a measure, as Initiative we think this measure should remain in force. But in no way should you block Kosovo's European future”.
“If we once remove this measure, the decision taken by me as Minister of Trade and Industry that is not allowed in Kosovo to introduce goods that Kosovo does not refer to as a state remains. The possibility of introducing them is only if Kosovo is referred to and treated as state”.
