Trade and Industry Minister Andrew Shala has signed co-operation agreements with the executive director of “Sunny Hill Festival”, Dukagjin Lipa, for this festival, with international renomes, from next year to be held at the Panirez Centre in Brnica in Pristina.
Shala said he made a reality of the promise given months ago, while giving evidence that promoting cultural tourism continues to remain one of his priorities as minister.
It was a pleasure to be with Mr. Lipa to sign the co-operation agreement for the festival, which has turned Kosovo into a cultural tourism map. With maximum devotion, we have also managed to create the necessary facilities for this festival to be organised in better environments.
Shaw Hill Festival will be organised at the Panitaire Centre in Brnica in Pristina, which is built with major investments of the Government of Kosovo. We will always together do our best for the youth of the country”, Shala stressed.
Shala indicated that this centre is one of our state's investments, which has been used minimally so far, but this is changing now, especially with the arrival of the Sunny Hill Festival in this space, which will be fully promoted and will become a destination for the biggest public events in Kosovo.
All of our country's investments should be exploited by citizens for citizens and for the good of the country. We should be together for our country,”, Minister Shala said.
While Lipa said that by next year, the largest festival in Kosovo, which promotes our youth and our country on every continent, will be held at the Panitaire Centre in Brnica.
“We are very grateful to the ministry for helping the festival. The festival receives no further help from the Government of Kosovo. We are hoping that soon for Kosovo's youth we will do our best. With special activity and speed, Minister Shala has completed this work and commitments. We expect you next year in Brnica”, Lipa stressed.
The Panitaire Centre in Brnica is an investment of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and from now “Sunny Hill Festival” will adapt and invest in the outside of the center, in particular.
