Kosovo has the luxury of having a man who has never had public work, never in his own life having made a decision, becoming prime minister of the country. It's not a 15-year work experience with nights in Parliament and with other chess”, Limaj has indicated.

Limaj has said everyone has the right to run for Kosovo prime minister, but according to him, some do not have the capacity to lead the executive.
